a part of the community for 3 months? I don't think that the community is solely comprised of people who come from one of his previous servers so the final criterion for your "forum mod" would be irrelevant... This should have been obvious to you when you realized that there isn't anyone who can fulfill your "requirements."

Although it is clear that Plural could use help with staff issues both in game and on the forums, I think that he's running it pretty well on his own.

Furthermore, I don't think that being 'old enough' is a legitimate criterion either considering the fact anyone can move posts and work with Plural... Being older tends to be a common trait that is seen among outstanding staff but that doesn't mean that it should be a requirement.

I also am kind of against the whole 'community referring players for staff positions.' Seems to me that it would be as corrupt as hell and it would turn into running for elementary school president and the popularity contest that would ensue. Not bashing cobes though because I really don't know him.

Id just hang tight and let plural decide because he's the one who has to work with the staff most closely.

That's great. My knowledge of Rs-R is minimal but I believe the reason you are bringing it up is because Plural was the owner of that one as well. Presumably he would know that what you say is true and he will put that into consideration.

I'm just afraid of the staff team choices being swayed by the community and then the team having less chemistry than it should, that's all.
