No response from server AGAIN

I have the same issue when logging in that i had several weeks ago however these time i can't fix it and I can't download spotflux because i can't install things onto my laptop because im not admin. So far i have tried everything that Micah said to do on his post + resetting my router however none have worked. Last time i was online there was a server dc and since then i can't get back on do i just have to wait it out? Keep in mind that if i use my parents router with the same laptop i can get online just can't get on with my router.
