Removing banker and Limiting Home teleport

I personally think you should add in the actual "Home Teleport" in the spellbook, also- I think that you should just add the Lumbridge bank upstairs.

Here you go around telling us to make this a 100% remake, and now you want home tele? Make a decision.

It was added 2 months after the cutoff though.

If you want a remake a cutoff is a static, but if you want the best gameplay the cutoff is a variable.
