I just started today and the server is interesting but there was no one online but me. I would find quests the most interesting in this sort of server. If a developer worked to try and release all the quests, I would play the server actively to try to complete them. Otherwise I cannot think of any goals to set myself on the server so I have no reason to play.
So my suggestion is, release all the quests. |
