I don't see why I woulds give out rares for voting? That really makes no sense and I would hate to already bring rares into the economy.

Even with that amount of xp, it's going to make Prayer a lot easier...
How is giving party hats going to completely change the game? You're telling me it's a bad idea but you're not telling me why.
